Behavioral Health Therapist / Clinical Psychologist - Child & Adolescent

Work Schedule

80% FTE, days. You will work at 5249 E Terrace in Madison, WI. The position could potentially work at 2275 Deming Way, Middleton, WI, if preferred. This is a hybrid position. You will work in person a minimum of three days per week.

Pay

• The pay range listed reflects both titles and is based on a 1.0 FTE.
• This position may be eligible for a $2,400 sign-on bonus.

Working as an independent healthcare provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to:

• Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses.
• Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, and families via written and verbal communication.
• Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate.
• Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.

If Behavioral Health Therapist

Education

Minimum – Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field

Work Experience

Minimum – 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults

Preferred – 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults

Licenses and Certifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required and

If Clinical Psychologist

Education

Minimum – Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) or Psychology (Psy. D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field.

Work Experience

Minimum – One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

Minimum – 

• Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin
• Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required
