Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Position: Clinical Psychologist (Full-Time)
- Location: Fully Remote (Will have to attend training session)
- Time: Shift-based
About the Role
As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing expert psychological services to enhance the mental well-being of clients. In addition to conducting 1:1 therapy sessions, you will take on a leadership role by supervising psychologists and guiding their professional development. This role also includes leading impactful webinars, workshops, corporate trainings, and community programs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans for mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.
Facilitate educational programs and workshops on mental health awareness, coping strategies, and emotional resilience.
- Offer consultations to refine therapeutic processes and improve intervention efficacy.
- Supervise and mentor psychologists, supporting their therapeutic practices and professional growth.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic, integrated mental health care.
Requirements
This role is a great fit for you if:
You hold an M. Phil. in Clinical Psychology (M. Phil. is a must) and are licensed to practice independently.
You have extensive clinical experience, particularly in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges.
