We are seeking an additional Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician. This position would be a set in our Alpharetta office.

Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments.

* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.

* Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work.

* Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans according to state regulations.

* Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and wellness strategies.

* Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and institutional policies.

* Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance

* Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications

* Family Nurse Practitioner licensing required from an accredited FNP program, and national certification

* Minimum of 3 years prior experience as a physician assistant 

* Familiarity with medical tools and equipment

* Ability to build rapport with patients

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
