In this independent contractor role, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-backed psychotherapy to individuals recovering from trauma and PTSD via direct organizational referrals.

• Focused Care Spectrum: Specialize in trauma-informed psychotherapy for youth and adult populations (ages 6+).
• Smart Documentation Tools: Work in a modern EHR (Jane EMR) leveraging AI writing tools and live translation aids to keep paperwork quick and seamless.
• Predictable Agreement: Ongoing 1099 contract arrangement with a straightforward 30-day exit clause.

Compensation & Benefits

• Session Compensation: $100 per completed 60-minute therapy session.
• Late Cancellation Security: Receive $50 flat coverage when clients cancel last minute or fail to show up.

Candidate Expectations

• Unencumbered state clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated proficiency in trauma-informed treatments and structured, evidence-based practices.
• Strong chart documentation capabilities tailored for high-quality clinical recordkeeping.
• Comfort with digital health tech, remote video software, and electronic health record systems.
• Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
