The Shift Supervisor manages daily residential operations, including intake, transportation, and food service, while training and supporting the Behavioral Health Technician team. They are also responsible for overseeing client engagement and ensuring compliance with all facility rules and procedures.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and strong leadership and interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license and CPR certification are preferred, and those in recovery must have at least one year of sustained sobriety.
