Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans while providing clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs. They will also collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure data-driven progress and high-quality clinical outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology or Education. Additionally, they are required to be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA) and possess experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
