Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - $5K Sign on Bonus

Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans while providing clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs. They are responsible for monitoring client progress, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology or Education. Additionally, a valid New Jersey LBA license and experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities are required.
