Provide physical therapy services including patient screening, evaluation, and the development of treatment plans in assisted living and memory care settings. Supervise physical therapist assistants and rehab techs while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy and hold a valid state license. Requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
