- Influence in shaping systems, workflow improvements, and clinical development

- This is a leadership role with support — not micromanagement.
- We are looking for a self-directed clinician who prefers responsibility over rigid oversight.
- Clinical Responsibilities (32–36 hrs/week)
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic and sport/spine treatment

- Support team development, mentorship, and performance alignment
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and productivity trends

- Identify workflow improvements and operational efficiencies
- Serve as the clinical point of contact for the location
- What We’re Looking For
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist License
- 3+ years outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Comfort leading PTAs and interdisciplinary care teams
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
