Key Responsibilities
The Behavior Analyst will oversee behavioral and functional assessments while creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. They are also responsible for training and supporting the RBT team and leading parent training sessions.
Requirements
Candidates must be licensed as a BCBA and hold at least a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum is required.
