Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

Key Responsibilities

Provides skilled occupational therapy services in a home health setting according to physician-approved plans of care. Evaluates patient functioning, designs therapeutic interventions, and educates patients and caregivers to promote independence.

Requirements

Requires an active Michigan Occupational Therapy license, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Previous home health care experience is preferred.
