established Hospital Medicine team at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital in beautiful
Palatka, Florida. This full-time position offers a highly desirable 7-on/7-off
block schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance while practicing in a
collaborative and supportive environment.

Position Highlights

* Full-time HM position
* 7 days on/7 days off schedule
* Monday through Sunday block rotation
* Day shift hours: 7am to 7pm

Responsibilities

* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and daily rounds
* Evaluate, diagnose, and manage hospitalized adult patients
* Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising
physicians and interdisciplinary teams
* Coordinate patient care and discharge planning
* Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the EMR
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, consultants, and hospital
staff

Qualifications

* Current Florida NP or PA license (or eligibility)
* Board certification as an NP or PA
* Prior hospital medicine, inpatient, internal medicine, critical care, or
emergency medicine experience required
* Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary
team
