Job Description

Pediatric Occupational Therapist - $75,000-$95,000 with up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

At HPRC – Pediatric Rehabilitation clinic location in Columbus, Georgia. You’ll step into a role that goes far beyond traditional outpatient care. As part of a program affiliated with Easter Seals, you’ll work in a fully integrated environment where therapy is embedded into a child’s daily life.

You’ll collaborate side by side with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists to support children with developmental delays and special needs while also treating outpatient pediatric patients from the local community.

This is a rare opportunity to practice in one of the largest pediatric therapy settings in the region, where you can build meaningful relationships and see your impact in real time.

Columbus offers the energy of a growing city with a strong sense of community without congestion. Located near a major Army installation, the area provides a diverse patient population, outdoor recreation, and easy access to both the mountains and the coast.

Establishing clear, measurable goals focused on skills such as feeding, dressing, handwriting, regulation, and play

Using therapeutic activities, sensory integration strategies, adaptive equipment, and hands-on techniques to improve engagement, coordination, and daily living skills

Monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting the plan of care to best support each child’s growth and success
