Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions in patients' homes under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Collaborate with care teams to monitor patient progress and train patients in activities of daily living and adaptive equipment use.
Requires a current Massachusetts Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license and a minimum of one year of clinical experience. Afternoon availability is required, with additional availability preferred.
