Behavioral Health Counselor

Key Responsibilities

The counselor provides direct outpatient therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups focusing on mental health and substance abuse. They also collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team to facilitate patient care and ensure accurate documentation and billing.

Requirements

A Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required along with an active, unrestricted Arizona behavioral health license. Candidates should have experience working with diverse and underserved populations and must pass background and health screenings.
