The therapist will treat conservative and post-operative hand conditions in a dynamic outpatient clinic setting. They are responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and families on functional recovery.
Candidates must hold a current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and possess a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hand therapy and splinting is required if the candidate is not already a CHT.
