The Occupational Therapist provides advanced therapeutic services, including assessments, treatment planning, and the fabrication of adaptive devices for individuals with developmental disabilities. They also participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, supervise departmental staff, and ensure quality assurance in therapeutic service delivery.
Candidates must be a licensed Occupational Therapist and are preferred to have a degree from an accredited occupational therapy program. Experience in therapeutic rehabilitation and working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is highly desired.
