Key Responsibilities
The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will perform inpatient GI consults, coordinate care plans with the GI hospitalist, and educate patients on their diagnoses. Additionally, the role involves assisting with emergent GI procedures and supporting operations in the GI lab or clinic as needed.
Requirements
Candidates must have completed an accredited program and be eligible for unrestricted licensure in the relevant multi-state region. The role requires the ability to work under physician supervision and a commitment to teaching students and clinical staff.
