Highland Hospital is seeking a per diem experienced Social Worker to support
staffing coverage.
The Social Worker provides clinical social work services in various components
of the Hospital Services, according to identified service need. He/She is
responsible for ensuring that the needs of the patients are met and maintained
on an individual basis in accordance with policies and procedures.
Salary Range
$34.15- $42.07 an hour
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for
this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s
compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but
not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of
the individual, and internal equity considerations
Job Requirements
MSW Required. One year in a healthcare setting. LMSW required within one year of
hire.
Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker provides clinical social work services across various hospital departments to meet individual patient needs. They are responsible for ensuring patient care is maintained in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree is required for this position. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting and obtain an LMSW within one year of hire.
