The pharmacist is responsible for dispensing and compounding medications, interpreting prescriptions, and managing patient drug therapy in a home infusion setting. They also collaborate with healthcare practitioners to provide safe, high-quality care and serve as preceptors for pharmacy students and residents.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a current Ohio pharmacist license. Previous hospital pharmacy experience and completion of an ASHP accredited residency or equivalent practice experience are required.
