Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs for preschool-aged children with autism. Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to RBTs and ABA therapists while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
Requires a current BCBA certification and a New Jersey BCBA license. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
