About the Role

Join UW Health as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Endocrinology Inpatient Diabetes in [object Object]. Work Schedule: 100%, day shift working Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This will include 1:6 weekend rotation and evening call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to adult patients with diabetes and/or stress or steroid induced hyperglycemia in.
  • coordinate care with other care teams and staff.

Requirements

  • Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
  • Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Adult, Adult/Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Acute Care, or Family. If Physician Assistant
  • Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
  • Active PA board certification All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have
