Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible
This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.
About the Role
Join UW Health as a Clinical Pharmacist – Endocrinology Clinics in United States. Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day shift. Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch pharmacy services with collaboration from the pharmacy manager and clinical team, with th.
- provide education tailored to patients with diabetes, osteoporosis, and parathyroid disease.
- Provide guidance and support for medication access and affordability programs to reduce barriers to care.
- Provide training and education to pharmacy residents and PharmD students through practical and didactic expe.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree Required
- Completion of an ASHP Accredited Residency training program Preferred Work Experience
- 1 year of clinical patient care and orders management experience Required
- 3 years of institutional experience (hospital or integrated health system) or completion of an ASHP accredited residency training program Preferred Licenses & Certifications
