Key Responsibilities

• Support and mentorship opportunities available through peer and corporate training for individuals new to renal care.

• Provide patient support to address emotional, financial and lifestyle changes associated with chronic kidney disease.

• Assist patients with utilizing community resources for nutritional, emotional, transportation and housing support.

• Educate patients and their families regarding end-stage renal disease treatment options, including dialysis, transplant and medical management.

Requirements

• DCI invests in our care teams and funds research to further kidney care and treatment options.

• DCI prioritizes a holistic approach and offers hemodialysis, home dialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatment options.

• We empower patients to live meaningful and productive lives while also delivering high quality kidney care, saving lives and reducing hospitalizations.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $30/hour.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.

• No weekends required.

This position offers weekends off. Work with Dialysis Clinic in Acoma Pueblo, New Mexico.
