Provide comprehensive medication therapy management services for inpatient critical care, medical, and surgical patients as part of an interdisciplinary team. Actively participate in bedside medical emergencies and contribute to the education and precepting of pharmacy residents and students.
Requires a Bachelor's or PharmD degree in Pharmacy and at least one year of clinical patient care experience. Candidates must obtain Wisconsin pharmacy licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications within specified timeframes.
