* Fully Remote - 7 days of on site training is required for this position; after that you can be fully remote!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Are you a dedicated clinician with a passion for patient-centered care and a collaborative spirit? Here's what you need:

* Licensure: Active Medical License in Oregon and Washington.
* Certification: Board Certified.
* Life Support: BLS Certified (ACLS preferred).
* Experience: 4+ years of urgent care / telehealth experience is preferred, but we encourage motivated providers to apply!

Schedule (Part Time)

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 2pm - 7pm PST
Friday: 9am - 3pm PST
Total Hours: 21
