Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA, Sign-on bonus up to $20,000

*This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.*

Compensation

Clinical Supervisor $80k-$85k

Monthly Performance Bonus

Earn an extra $500 per month - just for providing your minimum monthly billable services! Monthly performance bonuses go up to $1300 per month, with a total yearly bonus potential of $16k.

Sign On/Retention Bonus

• Earn a Sign on bonus of $5,000 - $20,000 (Sign On bonus amount depends on start date and location)
• Total Annual Compensation: Up to $121,000 per year!
