Job Description

BlueSprig has a BCaBA job opening in Kingwood, TX. As our Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

  • Total Annual Compensation up to: $98,000
  • Annual Salary: $68,000 - $80,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
