Job description
Join BlueSprig as a BCBA – Hybrid, Up to $110K Total Comp, Sign-On Bonus in Pearland, TX, US. BlueSprig has a BCBA job opening in Pearland, TX. As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

- Signing bonus: $5,000.

- CME allowance: $1,000.
- Annual individual bonus: $7,000-$18,000 (paid monthly)
