Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to RBTs. They are responsible for monitoring client progress, training families on intervention strategies, and ensuring all care adheres to regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis. A minimum of two years of pediatric experience and one year of telehealth supervision experience is required.
