responsibility of private practice. This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible
scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care
settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

* Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
* No nights or weekends
* Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote
documentation
* Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status
examinations
* Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in
older adults
* Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
* Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
* Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
* Coverage area includes Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Boerne, and Jordanton,
Texas

Compensation and Benefits

* Estimated compensation range of $153,046 - $181,655 annually with no cap on
productivity income
* Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical,
dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
* Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications

* Active, unrestricted Texas license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C
* Active DEA or willingness to obtain
* 6 months experience needed as a PMHNP or Psych PA
* Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
