Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient GI consultations and follow-up care for adult and geriatric patients.
- Perform endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy, EGD, and ERCP as needed.
- Manage acute GI conditions in hospitalized patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and provide 24-hour call coverage.
- Participate in quality improvement and maintain accurate documentation.

Provide inpatient gastroenterology consultations and follow-up care for adult and geriatric patients. Perform endoscopic procedures and manage acute GI conditions while participating in 24-hour call coverage.
Requirements
Must be a board-certified gastroenterologist with an active Michigan license and fellowship training. Proficiency in colonoscopy, EGD, and ERCP is required, along with current ACLS and BLS certifications.
