Compensation
This is a part-time role, and the expected compensation range is $31.00-$36.00 hourly. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Adolescent IOP Therapist!

Key Responsibilities
The Program Therapist will perform social services functions and guide patients in accessing therapeutic treatment skills to achieve optimal emotional health. Responsibilities include conducting individual, couples, and family counseling, crisis intervention, and participating in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or a clinical mental health field and possess at least two years of experience in a psychiatric health care facility. An Indiana state license in social work (LSW) or mental health counseling (LMHC-A) is strongly preferred.
