About You

Independently Licensed in Maryland as a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).

Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.

2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e. g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

Schedule & Caseload

Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a. m. - 9:00 p. m. EST.

Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.

• Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
