iMind Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate and motivated licensed therapists to join our multidisciplinary Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC). We provide high-quality behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults through a collaborative team of therapists, psychiatric providers, nurses, and support staff.

Schedule

* Flexible, appointment-based scheduling

* Clinic Hours:

* Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

* Optional weekend availability

Caseload assignments are based on your availability, clinical experience, and clinic demand.

What You'll Do

* Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and DSM-5 diagnostic assessments

* Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based practices

* Develop and update person-centered treatment plans

* Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

* Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other treatment team members

* Assess clients for additional services including:

* Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)

* Mobile Treatment Services (MTS)

* Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

* Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

* Maintain compliance with HIPAA, COMAR, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and company documentation standards

Qualifications

REQUIRED

* Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field

* Active Maryland license in good standing:

* LGPC

* LCPC

* LMSW

* LCSW-C

* LGMFT

* LCMFT

* Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

* Computer proficiency and experience using electronic health records

* Successful completion of required background checks and onboarding requirements

PREFERRED

* Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services

* Experience working with children, adolescents, and families

* Community mental health experience

* Experience facilitating psychotherapy groups

* Knowledge of Maryland Medicaid documentation requirements

* Training in trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches

* Experienced as Rehab. Specialist*

Work Setting

* In-person outpatient clinic

* Telehealth services available when clinically appropriate

* Hybrid work opportunities based on program needs

Compensation

Independent contractors are compensated $50–$60 per completed clinical encounter (45–60 minutes) based on licensure, experience, and clinical expertise.

Compensation is provided for completed billable services. Documentation expectations and productivity standards are reviewed during onboarding.
