of private practice. This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling,
and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings
(SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

* Full-time 5-days per week) within Monday - Friday
* No nights or weekends
* Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote
documentation
* Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
* Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus
life transitions
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
* Coverage area includes El Paso, Texas

Compensation and Benefits

* Estimated compensation range of $81,432 - $96,518 annually with no cap on
productivity income
* Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical,
dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
* Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications

* Active, unrestricted Texas license as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC
* Eligible for independent practice and billing
* New grads are eligible to apply
* Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred

El Paso lies in far west Texas and is the 19th most populous city in the U. S.
with a population of almost 650,000. Standing on the Rio Grande, El Paso is
across the U. S./Mexico border from Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, so the city is
