Key Responsibilities

• Plays a significant role on the team to implement changes to meet organizational, operational, and patient centered goals.

• Job Duties Ensures that all relevant local, state, and federal guidelines as well as LVHN standard work, policies, and training are maintained by the practices including the LVHN Compliance Policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree 4 years Relevant experience.

• Experience in healthcare and supervisory experience directing other's work.

• Demonstrated ability to initiate, accept, and adapt to change.

• Excellent computer skills, including electronic medical record (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite.
