Key Responsibilities
Design individualized programming that prioritizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy for learners. Collaborate with team members and provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians.
Requirements
Must hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. Must possess or be eligible for state licensure and be qualified to provide supervision to RBTs.
