Join Lighthouse Autism Center as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst – No Nights or Weekends in Asheboro, North Carolina. Position The BCaBA is responsible for providing behavior analysis services to assist the Behavior Analyst. The BCaBA will implement the treatment plan developed with the BCBA to develop socially appropriate skills that align with the overall goals for successful completion of ABA services.
This position offers no call requirements, weekends off, day shifts only. Work with Lighthouse Autism Center in Asheboro, North Carolina.
The BCaBA implements behavior analysis services, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols, under the guidance of a BCBA. They also provide training to parents and caregivers while maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a behavior analytic field and possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. They must also be eligible to provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
