Perform home visits to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, or swallowing difficulties. Develop and revise individualized treatment plans while educating patients and families on rehabilitative care.
Requires a current Speech Language Pathologist license in Virginia and a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association. Candidates must possess solid computer skills and the ability to document care using electronic medical records.
