Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage infusion plans of care, evaluating patient progress and modifying treatment as needed.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, prescribe medications, and oversee infusion administration within scope of practice.

• Provide direct patient care, including physical exams, interpretation of lab results, and medication management.

• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapies to support adherence, safety, and confidence.

Requirements

• Strong clinical judgment and confidence in infusion‑based care.

• A patient‑centered approach grounded in safety, education, and empathy.

• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Comfort balancing clinical delivery with operational oversight.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $83K - $125K
