Provide telehealth medical nutrition therapy using a functional and integrative approach while managing a consistent patient caseload. Document all appointments in the Healthie platform and collaborate with team members to support patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold current registration with CDR and have at least 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical care. A PA license and completion of insurance credentialing are required before starting.
