Advanced Practice Provider – Inpatient Surgical Non OR – Urology This position is both a clinic and hospital in-patient opportunity and the expected work schedule is currently Monday through Friday. There is a minimal paid call requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• The position works collaboratively with physicians, nurses and other allied health staff to provide all aspects of high quality patient care for urology patients.

• This position provides patient care in the outpatient (clinical) setting by performing independent post-operative care and coordination of patient care management for a variety of urology indications.

• Provision of care includes, but is not limited to, comprehensive physical assessment, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and in-patient consults, rounds and discharges.

Requirements

• Masters, Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification.

• Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as a NP by State of Georgia with National Certification.
