Key Responsibilities

Upon physician’s orders, evaluates patients and develops appropriate care plans.

Under a physician’s order, provides direct patient treatments in accordance with an established plan of care.

Monitors efficiency of speech pathology assistants on an ongoing basis.

Documents activities according to the company’s clinical documentation system on a timely basis.

Requirements

Language Pathology (CCC

SLP) from the American Speech

based clinical data program.
