Provide early intervention physical therapy services to children aged birth to three years in home and community settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support IFSP goals and maintain accurate session notes and progress reports.
Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy and a valid NYS License in Physical Therapy. Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with families and clinical teams.
