Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities

  • Seeking an NP or PA with two years of working experience as an APC
  • Our ideal candidate will have prior homecare experience.
  • Provide in-home primary care to our most frail and at-risk elderly patients
  • Have ownership of your patient panel
  • Care for an average of six to eight patients daily

Required Qualifications

  • National Board Certification
  • Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts board of registration in Nursing
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program, Masters level preferred
  • Maintains BLS certification, professional certification as appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of APC Experience
  • Geriatric experience
  • Homecare experience
  • Fluency in EMR systems and technology

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Requirements

Requires a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts and national board certification. A minimum of two years of experience in an APC role, preferably with geriatric and homecare background, is required.
