Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a 0.6 FTE Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team in Worcester, MA. Work Schedule

Requirements
Candidates must hold a national board certification and a license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts board of registration of Nursing. A minimum of two years of APC experience and experience in geriatric or palliative care is preferred.
