Key Responsibilities
The Family Nurse Practitioner administers ordered therapies, performs physical assessments, and documents patient data in accordance with facility protocols and HIPAA regulations. They also educate patients on therapy plans and provide clinical coverage for other practitioners as needed.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master of Science in Nursing, a valid Family Nurse Practitioner certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. Proficiency in IV insertion and maintenance is required, along with an active, unrestricted NP license.
