As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), you’ll serve as the admitting and attending provider for adolescent and adult patients in a state-of-the-art, structured facility. Why Choose MIND 24-7?

Mission-Driven Work – Make a real impact in the lives of children and adolescents experiencing mental health crises All On-Site – Provide safe, in-person psychiatric care— no travel, no field work Lead Clinical Care – Act as the primary provider and guide for multidisciplinary teams treating youth in crisis Supportive Interdisciplinary Team – Collaborate with skilled therapists, RNs, and case managers Career Growth – Be part of an innovative, fast-growing mental health organization Your Role & Impact Serve as the admitting and attending provider for adolescents and adults in psychiatric crisis Complete psychiatric assessments, risk evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment plans Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications using evidence-based practices Collaborate with patients’ families, guardians, and social services for holistic care Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination and safe discharge planning Lead the development and implementation of individualized mental health treatment plans Order labs, review medical history, and conduct focused physicals as appropriate Support policy and program development to improve service delivery What We’re Looking For ✔ PMHNP-BC licensed in the state of Arizona ✔ Unrestricted DEA license ✔ 1+ years of experience in psychiatric or crisis mental health care, with youth and adults ✔ Strong working knowledge of psychopharmacology and psychiatric care standards ✔ Demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team ✔ Strong skills in clinical judgment, medication management, and crisis assessment ✔ Proficient in documentation and use of EMR systems ✔ Committed to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed psychiatric care Join MIND 24-7 and help lead the future of accessible, on-site psychiatric services in Phoenix.
