Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania and possess at least one year of relevant experience. An unrestricted DEA license and prescriptive authority are required, along with a commitment to obtain Hospice and Palliative Medicine certification within three years.
