Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive palliative care, including symptom management and clinical evaluations for patients and families. They collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and monitor patient-centered goals of care in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania and possess at least one year of relevant experience. An unrestricted DEA license and prescriptive authority are required, along with a commitment to obtain Hospice and Palliative Medicine certification within three years.
